This was fantastic! The rice was delicious and warm, the fish was super smooth, soft, and delicious with fantastic flavor. I'm definitely getting this again.

One of the only places that only uses REAL crab. Makes a world of difference compared to the fake stuff you get everywhere else.

The Chirashi Bowl is an absolute standout. Each bite was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The thoughtful garnishes elevated the dish without overpowering the delicate quality of the fish. I can't wait to go back again!
Hand Salmon
We were greeted by the manager, Gloria, who sat us and gave us amazing recommendations. The atmosphere was extremely delightful. Hands down the freshest fish you'll have in SLC. We were blown away by the lunch special and absolutely loved. 10/10 recommend.
Spicy Tuna Maki Roll
Getting sushi to go can be a little risky, but not here! Haven't tasted tuna so fresh since I was in Japan. This place is quickly becoming part of my weekly dinner rotation.
Nigiri BlueFin
The bluefin was so fresh and delicious, by far the best I've had in Utah. Everything we ordered was amazing and the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable with menu recommendations

PACKED full of flavor! The ingredients are as fresh as can be and the texture combinations are perfect! 11/10
